Wick N Wire Vapes

Went in go get coils for a Novo 4. They sold me the wrong coils it was my first time getting coils for this device so wasn't sure exactly what I was getting I sent them a message explaining the situation, they told me they'd be happy to exchange them for the right coils, so I went back to exchange for the right coils and they told me I CANT exchange them them. Pretty annoying concidering I'm from out of town.

It’s time for my annual review. Through thick and thin Wick n wire has maintained the highest level of service and supplied products, in comparison to any retailer I have been. The pandemic had its challenges, of which Colleen was certain to abide by all rules and maintain a professional presence. I’ve seen employees come and go. Some, I was sad, some, not so. However tough things become, this little shop of high standards always puts its customers and employees at the forefront. Keep up the good work guys! Ps. If your to young to go in, don’t even try! It’s an adult store. Don’t be stupid!!

Customer service has dropped somewhat recently. The new employees do not make a conscious effort to remember your name which is uncommon after 10+ years. I’m not confident in the abilities a couple may have to help with actual product concerns. Blank stares have become regular responses to questions regarding purchase problems.

What customer service is all about! I had problems with a vape mod I had purchased there and the woman working at the time 06/18/2022 - sorry didn't catch her name jumped in to solve my problem immediately! She didn't even question if it was something that I was doing wrong, but efficiently AND politely fixed the issue, gave me a lot of great tips and info about the vape that I hadn't known from the product website and made me feel valued. It was such an amazing experience it left me smiling for the rest of the day! THIS COMPANY is what customer service is all about!!

Favorite vape shop hands down. Awesome inventory of juices and hardware. The free loyalty program adds up points quick as well. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I recommend shopping ONLY if you have ID! It's stupid to me that they require your ID to buy their products! Your not even allowed to look around if you don't have an ID on you, forgot, waiting on it, doesn't matter. Extremely stupid but other then that, very kind! Couldn't check prices because I didn't have my ID... and... well.. wasn't allowed without ID!

Unless I have to go somewhere else I will always go here staff is super informative and knows what they are talking about. Everything is priced fairly and honestly a lot better pricing then others shops I've been to. Very laid back staff but are always there to greet with a smile

Awesome vape shop, they have an great mystery bag on right now that is totally worth it!! The employee's are really nice and helpful, the woman that dealt with me was phenomenal and I highly recommend stopping if you're near!
