Sobeys - Lacombe

Bought some Stampede Pork Ribs on sale, little did we know that one was stunted, Not very happy with the meat department at this point. After opening one of the other 2 we found it was well beaten up. We won’t be buying any more Stampede pork back ribs, absolutely not worth the price even on sale. An excess of sauce does not a rib make. Very fatty and not extremely tasty either.

Sobeys is a well established and respected full service grocery store. I have been to lots of them and this location is as good as the rest. The store is well known and well maintained and well stocked. My wife and I found what we were looking for and were able to move through the store with ease as the floor plan is pretty standard for all stores. Our experience was good and the staff was friendly.

I appreciate the friendly, helpful staff & their accessibility if you have questions regarding a sometimes unusual item you’re searching for when trying new recipes . On many an occasion, when seeking help, it’s always a great shopping experience when staff is available & friendly for just that! Thank you for doing such a great job!

Pleasantly surprised with this location.nThe produce department had delicious fruit for the fruit trays and seriously I haven't tasted watermelon that good in ages! Even in the USA where they grow it in Texas.nSo please continue, because I will drive miles out of my way to shop here.

Was in today for a few items and cashier was mouth open yawning as she put through my purchases Kenzie. I have shopped here for many years and have always found the staff excellent. This cashier couldn't care less if I was a customer or not. Poor customer service.
