Totally Gluten Free Bakery

Lori, your customer service is amazing. The muffins are actually have a nicer texture than ordinary ones. The flavor, just wow! The prices are cheaper than I expected for gluten free products. We spent the same amount that we would at any bakery for lunch - and still have a Boston Bun for afternoon tea. Looking forward to trying out the bread selection next week!

Some really good products here and since gluten is my only intolerance it's so nice to not have to check everything! Glad for the labelling that makes it easier to shop for people with various other intolerances too. I've been able to pick up treats for my partner and his workmates and they don't mind them being gluten free.

Unfortunately I didn’t end up purchasing anything as the service was not very helpful. I went in and planned to buy so much as I could wait to try a totally gluten free bakery. However at the register, my partners card wasn’t working. So I tried mine, still not working although we both had money. She told us that the payWave/credit function doesn’t work! So I couldn’t use my travel card, as you press the credit function to use it internationally. She told me I could bank transfer but that might not work internationally either. Only at the very end she said I could drive to a fuel station to get cash. The whole time she didn’t smile once and honestly seemed like she was just annoyed at me. I didn’t end up getting anything and she just shrugged her shoulder and didn’t seem to care anyway. I hope when I go back to Nz I will have a better experience at this bakery!

Great range of gluten free goodies, along with clear labeling around DF and EF products, very helpful. Staff was friendly. Very tasty!

This bakery is the heaven for all the people that have been craving all the pastries and sweets that we grew up with eating, but cannot anymore due to a glutenfree diet. They have muffins, chocolate croissants, cookies, gingerbread, pizzas, cinnamon buns and lots of different breads!!! You can even taste some of the breads before buying. The woman working there was lovely!

It is really nice to find amazing bakery. Tastes very healthy and soft. Love to visit again.

Gluten free safe haven! Amazing quality, I could barely tell they were gluten free as they replicated the soft texture that you’d find in a regular bakery. Good selection of sweet, savoury and Christmas products. Lovely staff as well, just to top it off!

So many options for Gluten free people, lovely helpful staff, clean premises, travel 30 min to buy my gf food here every week.

Specifically ordered bcoz want same day baked & delivered in Chch, as per their earlier email confirmation "Shipping Same Day as we bake" as well as advertised on website. Received $75 order of pre-frozen pastries and expired banana loaves from 1wk ago. I get it -unsold goods on day of lockdown Tue 17/8 got sent to us 1wk later on Tue 24/8. Wanted to support small independent bakeries during lockdown.Very opportunistic:-

Our usual place to stock up on gluten-free flour. Their blend has the right ratio that doesn't make bakings overly hard. Plenty of onsite parking and great customer service.
