Outrageous prices example. Mothers leather conditioner $21.53 for 355ml same product at Bumper to Bumper $11.77? So I went back to Napa to return product and ask Sheila the manager how can they mark up products at ridiculous prices? She said it's the supplier mark it up !Not true. I have been getting my supplys there at Napa for about 5 years now, oil ,filters ect, it pays to shop around for better deal's which are only a couple blocks away.

Great quality parts and they are open at 7:30am so you can grab stuff befor work which is nice. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. More expensive on some parts than other stores.

The 2 Gentleman usually working here are very helpful and knowledgeable. I get all my auto accessories here and have always had good experience.

Same experience with prices found them very high on a lot products, and found management unfriendly.
