The team at Gary Moe Chrysler is exceptional. Dean and his team are amazing. It's very comfortable inside the store including all entities, sales, parts and service. I factory ordered a 2021 Rubicon 4XE and the experience was amazing. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and kept me informed the whole time during the process. Adding parts and accessories was seamless. The financial side of the sale was top shelf. No surprises, just an honest discussion and fairness across the board. The whole team deserves accolades. The only downside of this dealership is the aged showroom, lot and service facility. Well, don't panic, a brand new facility is in the works. Soon, Gary Moe will have the facility to stand behind the exceptional people, products and experiences you will come to understand if you choose to shop there. Don't hesitate. Highly recommend!!

Parts department is always super friendly and helpful. Often they have in stock the item I need or can get it super quick. Their new building is going to make the experience that much better!

I can't say enough positive things about this dealership. We purchased a used vehicle for our daughter and then had engine problems within a couple months. This was not Gary Moe Chrysler's fault cough, cough Kia but they did everything they could to help us out during this process. It ended up being a warranty issue so Gary Moe Chrysler could have washed their hands of it and let us deal with the manufacturer, but they never did. They assisted us during the whole five and a half month ordeal even providing a loner vehicle for the entire time which is unheard of and goes above and beyond. I would like to thank Curt for all that he did and I would highly recommend Gary Moe Chrysler to anyone.

Took me rig there with broke brake line. After 3 and he they informed me that I had a cracked line and they couldn't fix it because no parts in Lacombe. Sent me away broken. So I drove to Napa two books away they had all the parts to do the repair. Total fail on Lacombe dodge dealer.

Awesome place. Live 1000 km’s away from this dealership and they got done in half hour what our local dealership still hasn’t got done after 2 months. Just bought a truck from local dealership in Saskatchewan and front differential went in it within 10 days of buying it. They didn’t carry the parts to fix it and wouldn’t source them properly to get my truck back on the road. Talked to the Gary Moe parts team very friendly people and professional at their job. They answered the phone and got back to me right away with all the details on cost, freight and arranged shipping. Very good people and very professional.
