After purchasing a Tikka T3x Lite SS, a 3-15x42 Vortex Razor HD LS with Sako Rings and bases I had put less than a box of rounds through it and the rings and bases had shifted due to improper install. Very un-satisfied and will not be returning.

Okay store. I usually get my licenses here; they've been left in the dust on pricing with Cabelas and Bass Pro moving in. Service is really inconsistent - I either have great experiences or terrible. Have had many times where I waited at the firearms counter for one of the old guys to stop talking to friends and actually do some work. That's gotten slightly better since competition opened up, but still nowhere near 'good' customer service levels. Price check carefully.

This store has been one of the most pleasant store's i have ever visited. The customer service, specially in the fire arms department, is exceptional. Always a pleasure to come to any of your locations. I will miss this store , there is other like it!!

Wholesale Sports has improved a lot over the past several years and the staff is both friendly and sincerely want to help. They are getting a better selection of reloading supplies after years of having nothing on the shelves. It is worth a visit

Recently my 12 year old son purchased a new Rapala Fishing rod and reel from this particular store. He bought it with his own money prior to going on his very first fly-in fishing trip. Only to discover on the trip that the tip was chipped so it was cutting the line. It was not broken but the epoxy was chipped. He was saddened that he couldn't use his new rod, but we made due with extra rods we brought. I went back to the store to simply exchange it for a new one and was told by Tiffany that they had a strict 30 day no return policy. I was 6 days past this time frame. My fault for not getting the rod back sooner I know. But it would have been simple to just do a straight exchange. So I took it to the Reel Doctor Trevor Davies and he fixed me up free of charge. Thanks Reel Doctor. I have done a lot of business with Wholesale Sports in the past and will never return to that store again. Something so simple could have avoided losing me and many others as a customer Wholesale Sports.

Went in to purchase a fishing license. One staff member was helping a customer who was having transaction issues. With four other staff members standing around chatting. After 5 to 10 mins waiting with out anyone willing to help. I left. I will give my business to a store who has customer service.

We came in 1/2 hour before close and the staff was friendly and offered to help us out. Never felt rushed. We wandered around for a while. I ended up buying a new pair of hiking shoes and got a killer deal. Come down and take a look around.

I have never thought 1 star was a over rating till now !! This store has serious problems in the fishing department go to cabelas to avoid the disrespect and shifty customer service . On Thursday I went in looking for a good rod and real due to using a cheap Walmart rod/reel combo , This rod snapped first cast and the rod felt like sand paper reeling in ,"7 bearing" Garcia real and 7"rod I came in on Monday with this problem , asked for a manager I waiting 5 min and a guy named marv came up introduced himself as the manager. And then proceeded to try to help me we went to the fishing department. He then said he wanted me to talk to Robert because Robert was the best person in the fishing department with the most experience. I waited 15 minutes because Robert was helping another customer and then when Marv the manager told Robert that I had a problem with my equipment Robert said he didn't have time to help me and he left ! Then I laughed with prostration and said the fishing hole seriously needs help and I just wanted my money back to go to Cabela's. Marv walked me to the till and when it was time to do my refund Marv went and talk to somebody else and they both walked up to me and lo and behold this guys name tag said store manager so then I had to take another 20 minutes and explain everything that happened and then I got my refund for my rod and reel this is been the worst experience at wholesale sports and their management department and fishing department seriously need to overlook how they're dealing with customers and treating them and fix this problem they do not deserve a four star rating on Google or anywhere else

These guys are super awesome! Dealing with returns or anything no questions asked! Very informative and honest as well as professional staff who know their gear and equipment! Archery and firearms staff are phenomenonal!

Bought a box of 270 bullets for my father as he lives up north and has limited access. Drove there for the weekend and realized I picked up 270 wsm. They would not exchange them for the regular 270 bullets the following Monday when I returned as "it had been too long since the purchase" I will never buy anything from your store again! Absolutely horrible service!
