Arc'teryx West Edmonton
"Inspiration is quiet. Arc'teryx began because our Canadian Coast Mountains are harsher, more humid and nastier than almost anywhere else. We had to come up with better outdoor equipment solutions.Testing our ideas locally leads us to continually strive to make better products. Working with our community keeps us in touch with what they need. Arc'teryx West Edmonton is your hub: for information, events and product knowledge.Curated for the climate of Alberta, your local Arc'teryx store has the product systems you need and knowledgeable staff to help select the best possible gear for you. Use our space as a portal to link you to like-minded people, activities, events and educational sessions."

I’m a longtime fan of Arc’teryx products, and have yet to be disappointed with any purchase I’ve made over the past twenty years or so. The products virtually sell themselves, which is a good thing, since the level of customer service at the West Edmonton Mall location is nothing short of abysmal. Three staff appeared to be fixed in place behind the counter during my entire visit, despite the fact that I browsed for about ten minutes, tried on a jacket, continued to browse some more before finally taking said jacket up to the till for purchase. At that point my presence was finally acknowledged. I’d have been just as well served by a self-service kiosk.
Best customer service I've ever had!!! The manager name Ani and other staffs Vince and mustache chad. They did an amazing job for figuring out the problem with my gift cards and making sure I get the right transaction for my orders. I highly recommend them and always find a way to solve any problems. I am 100% satisfied. Thank you Arcteryx WEM.
Won’t support this company ever. They offer a pro deal to paramedics. We have a few different levels of practice just like nurses. Just because I’m not the highest life of care within my field I do not qualify. Absolutely insulting and rude. I can’t support a company that is that rude to their customers.
The worse customer service and unprofessional sales. The store staff placed an online order, staff made a mistake to put a wrong postal code and they are aware I need to catch a flight beginning Jan. So I called in again and asked a mandarin speaking rep to make a correction. , "I will reach out to them and tell you what they tell me" without advising me any estimated feedback time, any confirmation. AND, she got frustrated, after I told her I only need to know whether my issue can be sorted or not. not professional customer service at all. - I called Arc'teryx 1-866 customer service line, they told me this item has not been picked up from the warehouse and they dont see any problem to revise the postal code. So I hung up happily. The rep in Vancouver said he is going to call me back on Jan 5th to ensure everything turn out as expected. This is called customer service - 2 mins later, the rep from Arc'teryx called me back and gave me a different answer. Unless I cancelled and re-entered my order, they couldn't do anything about it and they can't guarantee me to receive my order. The solution from Arc'teryx store contacting customer service I think Are'teryx items are too popular so they don't take customer feedback seriously. I would not have shopped there if it wasnt a new year gift for someone else. Good Luck Arc'teryx! Ordinary 'troublesome' customers like me are not fit to buy Arc'teryx.
I visited June 15 around 7 pm The two guys behind the counter offered zero assistance. One of them said hello briefly but after that it was complete silence. And they just stood there the whole time. I came in looking for a day bag but these guys clearly did not want my business. Nor did they want to acknowledge me further. For a bag that pricey there should be some level of customer service. You don’t have to juggle flaming chainsaws just engage your clients, if you can’t do that then you shouldn’t be in retail. Maybe management needs to do more on their part and offer more coaching to their staff. Honestly I get better service at Breath Outdoors or sports chek.
Excellent customer service when I’ve called or visited the store. Most recently, Eric and his staff Vince & Zac went out of their way to help me get replacement laces for my Konseal FLs. It might seem trivial but their friendliness and professionalism in such a minor matter was much appreciated. Very indicative of their customer first culture.
Nice store, a bit small but it is alright. Good customer service too. I was looking for a hat but there was not a lot of choices.
Exceptional people, service and product. Ani, the manager, has consistently gone above and beyond for me and my needs. The gentleman with the Rose on his hat is amazing at product knowledge - as are the rest of the staff. I was a die hard lulu fan until a few years ago. In search of a new brand that best represented my values and menswear needs, Arc’teryx has knocked it out of the park. Im about 10 pieces deep in last couple months and can’t wait to acquire more!!
I was in the West Edmonton Mall store on Saturday March 5, 2022. The staff were nothing short of rude and dismissve as if I was somehow bothering them. They offered zero product knowledge at a store that has a very storied history of being one of the elite brands in the hiking climbing world. Perhaps a course in customer service would help. This place has supply chain issue. Don't have much winter jackets in October. They says this is fall , come back in a month.
