No one spoke to us during our two visits in the store. One of the ladies working there even walked right past us on her way to the back. We will absolutely purchase North Face products, but we will be purchasing online

Just went into the new store, it looked nice and I was excited. From front to back I had a horrible experience with two different employees at the store, they were untrailed and extremely unprofessional.

I love the store, great selection in all sorts of apparels for men and women; however selection for footwear is limited. I was told if a particular style and size is not available they can order in-store with free shipping. Now that's cool!

Great store and the clerks in the store are ALWAYS helping you find whatever you need. Great service!

I love north face absolutely love it so it was a must I had to goto this store when I work in Edmonton the staff are friendly and always have a smile on their face. They have a lot of xxl sizes which is perfect for us big guys! The store is clean and orderly thanks everyone for such a great experience
