Story

Totem Outdoor Outfitters, the home of the Sports Exchange and Rental/Repair shop, is a friendly, family oriented business that has been around for over fifty years! Our front of store provides quality new and used outdoor equipment such as canoes, kayaks, cross country skis, snowshoes and several others. Not sure if you want to commit to buying? Our rental shop rents out skates, skis (downhill and cross country), snowboards and snowshoes in the winter, and canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, PFDs and other gear in the summer. Our shop also offers low priced skate sharpening, ski and snowboard waxing, heat molding for skates and repairs on numerous items that may have received a few bumps and bruises along the way.
Have you or your child decided to take up a new sport and you don't feel like paying an exorbitant amount in one sitting? Our Sports Exchange sells a vast selection of both new and used sporting equipment which we offer on a trade-in basis. How does it work? Bring in your old gear and we'll give you 50% of what we can sell the item for and you can use it towards buying new or gently used equipment! (some restrictions apply)
What sets us even more apart? Our rapid Rewards program! Any regular priced item that is over $20.00 has a point value which will go into your account and be used when applicable to save you money! Have you ever lost a receipt for something you need to exchange? Don't worry-- we have the ability to find your receipt under your own personal, private account and can reprint a copy for you.
