Whitehorn Bistro

Dined there twice and enjoyed both. It’s the higher end ones compared to other lodges on the slope. Table service, cleaner and heated bathrooms, better views of the slopes, fancier food and varieties of healthier choice. We tried mussels, fries, game meat platter (elk, bison, buffalo and wild boars) and best of all - slow stewed bison short ribs! For hot winter drinks, we tried and enjoyed lemon ginger (bourbon) and Irish cream. They also have a few good Canadian beers.

This restaurant has by far one of the best views in Banff (it's located halfway up Lake Louise mountain, you need to get there by chair lift). My burger was surreal and I would highly recommend. It came with fries which we're nothing special. Staff were nice, but the highlight of this place is the view while you eat.

A great view of the valley below. And, as with everyone at Lake Louise, the staff were fantastic.

Great food and warm atmosphere. The prices are a bit high compared to other places on the hill but the food quality and service is well worth it!

Very disappointed in the food. Ordered a steak rare and ended up with a well done steak, on their 2nd try ended up with blue rare, not what I would of expected from a $26 steak. Gets 2 stars because the view is awesome but that's all it had going for it.
