White Spot

Good food as always...nBut not great service... Very disappointednnHost was great ...nnIt was our 11th marriage anniversary and told server but still no one wish ..nnI asked again do u do anything special for occasion..she said NOT MUCH JUST SOME ICE CREAM OR BROWNIES...still not servednnCalled the server a few times but got ignored all the time.nStill paid 15% Tip.. as keeping kind heartnspend almost $100nni may be will never go back same location if I keep service standards in mind .nnBut if no option then may b yes just to eat white spot food..better do take out ...nnTip is your choicennThank you

We have been here several times with each experience being good. Fast service, friendly staff. Food always good. I am impressed with this location as we have been seated usually right away. Cheers

Can never go wrong with white spot but this locations service is slower than watching paint dry. Beware if you have things to do it’ll take forever for you to get anything. Other than that, white spot always hits the spot. Our server was very polite and pleasant and seemed overworked as she was both our server and the bartender.

I’m a frequent customer of White Spot Panorama for dine and take out. In the past, I have been very satisfied with their Service. I like their location, staff are very nice and accommodating.nI don’t know what had happened in this location but something changed. The way the service is getting from bad to worse. Twice I experienced horrible pick up service.nnThe first one happened few weeks ago and could not remember the exact date. I was put on hold for a while for the order to be taken which was fine by me. When I got a hold of someone, staff on the phone Apologized for putting me on hold for awhile. I said it’s okay thinking they were busy and since I am a frequent customer, I didn’t mind putting on hold for awhile.nnWhen we got home, they missed the order for garlic bread I ordered which I was charged for. I called and told the staff. Staff was apologetic and even asked for my address to send me some sort of coupon for the inconvenience. I told the staff that I don’t really need the coupon. What I was trying to convey was that it’s frustrating that the fact that I was put on hold for awhile yet the order is still wrong. I tried to be understanding of it, did not make a fuss that I was hold for awhile. But the message that I was trying to come across is to do better. Which this male staff sassily replied, “ I am sorry that this happened and next time we will make sure we get your order right.” I let it go. It’s too bad that I couldn’t remember exactly what time and date it was. I told myself, just let this one go so I didn’t file it in my brain.nnTonight, against my better judgement I tried to order for pick up again hoping against hope that it will be better. I ordered and was told the food will be ready in 20 minutes. I called before 8 pm and did not get to the restaurant until 08:35 pm. To which the food is not still ready and we still had to wait for 10 minutes for it to be all good to go. When we got home, the chicken in fettuccine pasta is not even sliced. Like I said, I am a frequent customer and have ordered countless times of this order so I know the chicken is cut up.nnNow, you might ask, “why did I just waste my time to write this long review?” Because I hope someone from management will see this and I am hoping that something can be done to make it better. If the staff are needing more help and assistance, I hope it can be extended to them. I’m a frequent customer and I like this place and the staff. So, I am not writing the review to criticize but for things to be better. It will be a shame if this kind of service continues on since White Spot Panorama is a staple in the community.
