Unprofessional and horrible customer service. Front line employees need better training. Ordered a pizza last week, asked to have a few ingredients removed and others added. Picked it up and brought it home and nothing was removed or added, the employee didn't even listen. I called them and they said they can deliver another one but it'd take an hour or I can come pick it up and they'll give me a free pizza next time I order. I went back and picked it up as my family couldn't wait an hour to eat. I ordered again last night and reminded them of last week and they said they wouldn't honor it, they said they never promised a free pizza. I didn't care about the $18 cost, this was the principle. Again when I first began placing my order and requested she repeat it back she had gotten it wrong again! I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge but she said no one else was there and she phoned the manager and was told we don't give free pizzas so too bad. Even though I live close by I will avoid this location at all costs and drive further to a different location.
Ordered pizza last night from their Cloverdale location. We tried the veggie and butter chicken pizzas. Perfect to point I would say, delicious sauce and fresh topppings. They delivered late night too within 25 mins. A must try and definitely our next regular pizza joint !
Thick moist crust. Sauce is a little weak for my taste but otherwise good. I will eat it again for sure. When I asked for lots of extra cheese I got which isn't the same at many places even though an extra charge is added. I paid extra but got wha I paid for.
Worst restaurant ever. We place an order on Uber eats and for an hour it was showing the restaurant is still preparing the order. There was no Uber driver assigned and they hadn’t even did the order ready for pick up. We keep on calling the restaurant to get an update on our order and they haven’t pick up our call as well. Then we went to the restaurant to pick up our order Ourselves and the staff was about to leave with the food inside their bags. It’s so disgusting that you are preparing your order for the customer and you are getting it to your own home and not delivering it..Cheating with the company and customers
I didn't like this location's pizza at all. It was too salty and burnt. They were never like that. I would rather go to another location to get better quality and taste. Wait time was 25mins on friday.
Best pizza ever i taste staff was really nice and polite fast service
WORST PLACE.... MOST UNHYGIENIC PLACE. THERE WAS BANDAID IN THE PIZZA. Its covid time and they are not even concerned about the safety protocols. Clearly the employees doesn't wear gloves and the bandaid from somebody's wound was in my pizza.

The pizza is absolutely delicious, and they don't skimp on the cheese. Can't say enough good things.Food: 5/5
Very tasty pizza i ever taste till now, staff was really fine i asked for extra toppings and ranches and it was totally according to me.i eat pizza from pizza hut, now i transfer to pizza 64 for long term for sure!
