Boston Pizza

We went there for a late dinner with kids on a Saturday night. Firstly, the place was not noisy. With the bar section being enclosed and seperate, the main dining area was quite. We ordered a Large Mediterranean pizza and a kids email. The pizza was delicious and filling for both of us. The kids meal had a sort of KD dinner , but still it was better than others. Overall a great relaxing dinner after a hectic day. Kids meal pic attached.

I haven’t been to BP in years and after a recommendation from a friend I decided to order take out today. I ordered a vegetarian gluten wise pasta with 50/50 sauce (with extra sauce) baked with cheese. I was extremely disappointed with my pasta. For starters, I discovered a chicken bone in my vegetarian pasta!! The pasta had little to no sauce in it (super DRY!! So much for “extra sauce”) If I hadn’t picked up the pasta on the other side of town I would’ve taken it back immedietly. I tried to call the location back but was unsuccessful in reaching a manager and had no intention in driving back to Newton to have this situation resolved. This is the last time you will get my business! $23 for a dry vegetarian pasta, no thanks! Update: I called the restaurant again and finally spoke to the manager the next morning and what a joke. I was told that they could only give me a credit for my meal at which point I told the manager I was looking for a full refund since I have no desire in dining at a BP location again so the credit would be useless. He pretty much told me that they couldn’t do this since it was a take out order. I told him I would be escalating this to someone hire up and he advised that after writing this review he would be the same manager that would be in contact with me. Avoid spending your money at this location!!

It's a bit more cramped then other Boston Pizzas I've been to but the staff are friendly and the food is good.

The service is horrible. Waiting to be seating then waiting for our food. The staff is also extremely ill mannered

Honestly its best for any situation from dinner parties to just chilling and grabbing a bite and it being open till 2am makes it a default choice when its late but want more than a drive in fast food. Also their regular nachos are great.
