That kind of attentiveness is rare these days!nnOn top of that, I got an amazing deal on exactly what I was looking for. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to deal with. They made the whole process smooth and pleasant. On top of that, the store always has great motorcycle gear on clearance. This location has always been good to me and my family, never had an issue refunding my returns and found most of the parts/items I needed, when ordering online shipping time has been good. I do however , wish they had more staff in the apparel. They have been numerous times that I waited and waited to be asked if I needed help. Overall I recommend this location.

We want to royal distributing for my riding gear attire and Michelle was AMAZING! I'm a first timer, so she took the time to explain everything I needed to know about jackets and boots. This place has a bit of everything soo much to look at. My experience I ordered a tire for my motorcycle and paid online and went to pick it up. Front counter had no idea where it was and got me to go to the order counter. Just leaving she says unless it’s this tire here in the desk. It had a clear printed out paper saying for pick up from manny. My name so I said ok it’s ok. Then on my way out was asked by someone else if I paid for the tire. ‍. What’s going on here? But again the place is nice and hope you don’t have a bad experience it just stating that’s what I went through
