Arctic Hot Tubs Whitby

Purchased a swim spa in August. Found Roe and his team awesome in every detail. From choosing the right model to the organizing and installation, it was seamless. Never found anyone in the showroom pushy whatsoever. If anything, the opposite. Had a few issues at the beginning with wifi hookup and customer service was instant. Even on holidays our emails were answered promptly. Everyone in the showroom is extremely knowledgeable about the product they sell. We have had several hot tubs over the years but the Arctic Spa brand is by far the best. We chose the salt water option after careful consideration and don't regret it one bit. Pretty much maintenance free compared to the others of constantly testing and adding chemicals. If you are in the market for a spa of any shape or size, Arctic Spa Whitby is the place to go!

We just got our tub installation this past December '17 and all around it has been an excellent experience. From the knowledgeable staff in their showroom to the installers, everyone was great to deal with. We are so happy we decided on a salt water tub, we love it ... and its so easy to keep the chemical balanced with Spa Boy. If you are in the market to purchase a hot tub, we highly recommend a salt water tub from Arctic Spa Whitby, you won't be disappointed !

Excellent experience. On my second tub now from this store. Staff and support team are always friendly and quick to answer any of my questions. The quality of the tub is what made me buy a second one. I highly recommend this store if you are thinking of buying a hot tub.

We highly recommend Arctic Spas Durham! Tony was very informative and there was no pressure or games with the pricing. The delivery date was sooner than promised and the delivery and installation was professional.

Purchased our spa over 5 years ago and had no problems with it. The staff were very knowledgeable on the products they offer. Helped me make the right decision. The staff at the Whitby store are great.
