An enormous improvement over the old library building that was here in the 90's. Large, comfortable reading spaces, a great selection of print and online books, magazines, newspapers, and more. A hidden gem of the library is the foreign film section upstairs! It's got a robust selection of the best films from many countries around the world. Definitely worth checking out!

Very nice library. Helpful staff and beautiful atmosphere with it's large floor to ceiling windows and natural light. If we ever left Whitby, we'd miss our local library!

This library staff is unprofessional. They talk bad about volunteers that want to help people. Be careful how you act and what you say in this library.

Very nice new library. Modern fixtures and lots of places to sit and read or work on a computer.

I visit here at least once a week, always am impressed by the friendliness of the librarians. One even went downstairs from the top floor to get the book I wanted off a shelving cart!
