Hello Gooluv Pastry

Terrible customer service, greedy and dishonest business owners. Wanted to charge me extra for using a credit OR debit card with an illegal minimum purchase amount. This was not written anywhere in their store. The woman told me she will lower the minimum, so I reluctantly compromised by getting more stuff. When I was about to pay, she still wanted to charge me extra although the new amount was above the minimum she stated. I was about to exit the store without buying at this point, when she told me to come back. I came back to her, expecting her to waive the unfair fees, but instead she called another person as a backup to argue and push me to buy with the extra charge.

I walked into the pastry, I purchased and I paid. I got the products in my car and I tasted. It Wasn't fresh at all and I didn't feel like having it with my family. I went back after a minute and I ask them if it was fresh but all in sudden the lady behind the counter started shutting and the cook from the back joined her and they told me that I am looking for free product however it was already been paid. All I asked if the product (رولت ) was fresh. I do not go back again and I don't recommended. If you want to go by pastry make sure you try it fist because their customer service is absolutely zero.
