Don't say the cab will be there shortly if it's going to be 45mins. I nearly missed my flight

I was told 15 minute wait and it was 35 minute wait. If they had told me 35 minute wait I could have sat down inside and waited. But instead I stood outside in mild rain and waited 35 minutes. I am trying West Cabs next time.
