Part of me doesn’t want to post a review of this gem of a cab company because right now I feel like I have this secret that I don’t want to share with others for my own sake (but for the sake of WestCabs I will do it anyway). I absolutely LOVED dealing with this company. From the dispatch to both drivers, the service was very friendly, polite and courteous. I felt like I was dealing with a limo service rather than a taxi service. The price was also as stated when I booked (very reasonable). At the craziest time of the year (Christmas Eve) when cabs are hardest to get, they by far outperformed any cab company. Thank you very much West Cabs for the amazing service and for making what can be a hairy experience at this time of year an amazing one!

Very professional. Love that the drivers dress up and make women feel comfortable. I even called them to Winfield and they were there promptly, and same price as all the other companies. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service. We were in a bind going to Big White after car troubles in Kelowna. Very professional service. All our stress and worries were put aside, they got us to and from our ski vacation. Would use them again if ever needed. Thank you so much WestCabs you saved our holiday!!

Paul what is my driver today from the airport. The vehicle he was driving was very clean and you could tell that it was maintained . Paul was very pleasant in his demeanour. His customer service was excellent . I was very glad to hear that he had winter tires on his vehicle which made me feel safe. I would use this service any day over a traditional cab company.

Today I saw unbelievable behaviour from 2 separate West Cab drivers that make me not want to use their service in case I get one of the drivers. The first one was at a place I work (with his West Cab tag on his jacket). When we were unable to accommodate his request due to legal issues he proceed to use the most foul language I have ever heard and I have heard it all. He behaved in an unprofessional manner considering he had his tag on. Then he called my boss later uttering threats. The second on was at KGH and there was a person (not sure if patient or visitor) who was walking towards the entrance and happened to walk through a spot that was part of the 10 minute parking for pickups. The driver started waving his hands making angry gestures and throwing what I call a tantrum. So my question is "Would you want to end up with one of these drivers taking you to a destination? " Not me that's for sure.
