Great smaller airport - pleasant collection of retail with friendly staffing.  Parking lot, pick-up and drop off areas well laid out

Inexcusable delay in delivery of baggage.  From the time our plane landed until the bags appeared on the conveyor, it was over 1 hr. 15 minutes. When the first bags finally came off, they were covered in an inch of snow, having been left on a cart on the tarmac for the time. I cannot fault Air Canada - the plane arrived on time. But the airport management, who look after the baggage unloading and delivery, needs to improve. Very disappointed.

So many friendly and funny staffs. Keep up the good work guys. I'm enjoying my time while waiting for my plane, lots of humorous ladies while calling their passengers.
