Cab didn't even show up. Was quoted 20-25 minutes and tried calling multiple times after 45 minutes. Missed my staff Christmas party because of kelowna cabs. Will not be using this cab company again if I can help it. I have never written a poor review on a company before but this was very disappointing and I felt it was necessary.

Kelowna cabs wasted my time. Honestly, my fault for missing their call. Called them back within 2 minutes and the driver yelled at me for missing his call. He further explained he didn’t bother driving by the residence because I missed the call. So I opted to call dispatch back and book a new driver because I missed the call. Now over an hour and no second cab. #blacklisted #kelownaneedsuber #uber

Cab driver berated me for wanting to go to campus from the airport. Apparently it wasn't worth her time (she mumbled something about making 3$/hr? I paid ~10$ for a 5 min ride though?). She asked if I was stupid multiple times for not organising a 24/7 airport shuttle on my own free time. Very strange, will not be using kelowna cabs ever again. Go with checkmate, much cheaper and much much more pleasant.

I booked the cab online for my wife (I wasn’t home) and when the cab arrived he had to wait a bit because she was in the washroom and called me back asking where she was. I asked him to please ring the door bell because she wasn’t answering my calls. He driver said “oh man” and started mumbling his rant so I hang up. My wife got in the cab and for the entire trip he was complaining and really making her feel extremely scared and uncomfortable. Just unacceptable behaviour for a service provider.

Horrible company and drivers. Last night Nov 27th cab # 112 Sienna van around 7 40 pm was driving erraticly almost hit me twice!!! Don't ever use this company they are careless.
