Driver went above and beyond to not only locate my lost daughter but got her to the Greyhound bus station on time! Very much appreciate the service received. Thank you.

Amazing services, always on time (or early) when I book, super friendly. I have been flying back and forth, every week for work, for the past couple of months and I always use Sam, with Apple Cabs. He is great, remembers me and always makes me feel well looked after. I never have to worry about being late for a flight or not having him arrive to pick me up. Sam is always smiling and greets me with a big hug when I arrive. He lifts my heavy bags (and trust me they are heavy) and never complains. I prefer to use my credit card, as it is a business expense, but they also accept debit and cash too....All in all I would HIGHLY recommend Apple Cabs and specifically SAM!

If I could give no stars I would. We actually had to call the RCMP while in the cab to report the driver who was speeding excessively, doing 120-130km/he through town, because he was pissed we asked to go through mcdonalds and he was upset because he could have dropped us off and already had another fate. Our $42 fare was not worth it to him. He also chose to attempt to yell at me only when my boyfriend stepped out of the cab to get smokes while we were in the drive-thru and then wouldn't make a peep when my BF was in the car. It's a good thing I can stand up for myself. After dealing with the RCMP I called the actual cab company to let them know what happened and they would not even hear my complaint because apparently customer safety and service is not of any importance to them. Nicely done, tried to get a safe ride home from a wedding and instead was a nightmare.
