Very happy with this service. Very friendly operator took my booking, the car arrived promptly and then the driver was extremely friendly. It was a very pleasant journey to the airport.

Always a great experience waking to a voicemail left by said cab driver screaming profanities on your voicemail.... Screaming at me and calling me vulgar names because I didnt get into his car..... Terrible

My favourite cab company in town. Fast service and usually exceptional customer service. Recently ive had a bad experiance with a driver who drove me home from walmart. He called me twice and was mad because I did not answer my phone. I requested to be picked up at the middle entrance and was already outside when I called for the cab. Once the driver was there he seemed annoyed at me and proceeded to scold me for not answering my phone. He left 2 voice mails on my phone. Both silent until the last few seconds where he sounded angry. TL;DR cab company is great, got scolded for calling a cab and not answering my phone when already waiting at pick up location

They've fallen behind. Once the clear, better choice to Kelowna Cabs, Checkmate's now lagging behind, having failed to embrace online bookings to their fullest, lacking alternate numbers for busy nights, and just generally not having the same level of service as the better companies in town. For what it's worth, they are still better than Kelowna Cabs in nearly every way.

I have used this company a lot. Drivers seems to be professional and friendly as well. Dispatchers are courteous and always very polite on the phone. Reasonable fare as well! In my own opinion, they are the best in town compared to any other cab company in Kelowna. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone!
