Id give no stars if that was an option! Any bank that deposits direct deposit when they feel like it is a joke! Their customer service is deplorable! Closing my account today! Good ridence to bad rubish!

Unfortunately... they tend to tell you you are approved for a home loan, then say "oh oops, no sorry, you arent". Pretty crappy thing to do!

I financed a recreational vehicle through Westmark upon a recommendation of a friend. Very easy process which Janice Stearns facilitated in a professional manner. At her recommendation, I purchased the GAP insurance. I've already had to use it. I can call up any time and take care of transactions over the phone. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I had my business banking with Westmark; though D.L. Evans does a great job also. Try them, you'll like your experience.

Customer service is great. I use this credit union and have gone in several times and have had fantastic service every time. I would say only downside I've noticed so far is the online banking is a little lacking of options/services.

I love this credit union! You are treated like family! Even when I was sick & in the hospital, they found out, went out & got me a get well card! Not many banks ever do that! Westmark is NOT just another corporate bank that treats you like a number! Don C. - Boise, Idaho
