Westend Tire &Automotive Centre

I have been coming here for years. Excellent customer service, and they never overcharge or invent work that "needs" to be done. Honest, reliable, highly recommend them. Shout out to Mike, Hector and Nick, gentlemen all.

I have been going to Westend for years now, and they've always been friendly, very helpful, and professional. They are reliable, and even if they are busy they still do their best to get you an appointment and to get the work done quickly. They don't try to sell you work that doesn't need to be done; in fact, they did some extra diagnostics (for free) just to verify for me that I didn't need expensive, and unnecessary repairs.

We've been with West End for a LONG time, and have always trusted their work and appreciated their honesty. Never once felt overcharged (thanks Mike!). Today I have experienced them at their finest. Our ancient '99 Honda Civic was almost sent to car heaven last night when the ball joint snapped, taking with it the drive shaft etc. Thought the damage would be in the thousands as we worried about transmission involvement, so had it towed to West End on a Sunday night for pickup by Kids for Kars (for donation). Popped in this morning to mention to Hector, since he might want the car himself? He explored what happened and said, leave it with me, I'll give you an estimate. The car was not moveable, so he constructed a dolly and found a way to get it into the shop where he replaced parts under warranty - fixed it all for under $500. Hector - THANK YOU!!! Your thinking outside the box (and under the car) saved us purchasing another vehicle - we are very grateful, and I highly recommend all of the mechanics at West End. Good humour at the front too, Nick! :)

I was referred here by a friend. Bogdan and Mike took good care of me. Service was amazing. Definitely recommended!
