I have been to this location a couple of times now, seasonal tire switch over, as well as rack & pinion replacement. Both times I received excellent customer service and the work done on my car was excellent. I have now been a customer of Midas for a few years, I am still very happy with the service !

Brian was exceptional. Not only was he monitoring the front, he was helping out in the garage. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. They told me it would be ready by 5pm. 5:10pm I was driving away. Thank you!

These guys are great. Andrew and Brian always helpful and super honest. LA Music takes all their vechiles to Midas Port Credit.

i was a customer of this place for years spent thousands at the store. tried to make a warranty claim on a faulty tire a few months back and got told it wouldn't be honored. After all this time and money spent that's how they treated a loyal customer the management was rude and not helpful at all. I wasn't going to write anything but a couple of mechanic friends said i should inform people. Paid for and put on a new tire and the problem got solved. Btw the tires were firestone the same company that got sued for millions a few years back for faulty tires. Stay away from this place and firestone they don't care about their customers
