Wanted to save myself the time on replacing wheels before winter starts. Needed to put tires on new rims and balance them. Came there twice because each time the wheels weren't balanced correctly. After all went to a Costco branch close to home where I heard that not only that all my wheels weren't balanced, but also the wrong type of weight had been used. Bottom line, unfortunately wasn't satisfied at all.

I received Midas latest flyer in the mail couple of days ago. There was a coupon included to 'Find out why your check engine light is on' $29.' Our light had been on for about 3 days so I thought perfect, I will take to our local location - this one. I called later in the day on Tuesday and asked to hold while the employee gets the manager to take appointment. I stated what I wanted and that I had their coupon for $29. He said no, we never go that low..at best its $59. I said I have the flyer and I named off all of the other offers including the Engine Check for $29. He says ok, how does tomorrow, Wednesday at 10:30 work, I said great. I also asked if there were any other fees, which he said other than HST, no. I get there on Wednesday and the person behind the counter says there is no appt for me at 10:30. All the bays are full. Who did you make the appt with. I said I didn't get a name but that it was later in the day and that I had spoke to a manager. Well there is nothing here he said. I don't know what to tell you..I am the owner. I am pretty sure that this is the same person I made the appt with. Why make the appt if you are not going to honour it??? I will not go back.

A while ago they put in used parts for the brakes for our minivan which didn't work well and at least they replaced them with proper ones for free. I was pregnant then and it caused stress for us. Not coming there again.
