Audi Repair Mississauga- Lorne Park Car Centre

I own a Audi S4 2010 6 speed Manual. I discovered Audi Repair Mississauga online and contacted the shop to help me diagnose my car as I had trouble changing gears. I brought in my car and the mechanic was able to diagnose my car in seconds. After we discussed pricing which was very fair, I was told it would take 2 days to repair the clutch. The mechanic called me on the second day, first thing in the morning to let me know the cars clutch was successfully installed and drove smooth. Needless to say I am very happy the car was done ahead of schedule. I just came back from picking up my car and I couldn’t be happier. I cannot believe how smooth my shifting is, it’s like a new car. Thank you so much for the great service, I will for sure be a returning customer.

I took my 2004 audi a4 to Roman because I had an engine check light and couldn't go for an emissions test. I was already aware of what the problem was and had bought cheap parts from eBay to fix it since I didn't plan on keeping the car more than a year. Roman had issue with installing the parts i had and only charging me for his time. His rates are much better than both the audi dealership and another European import mechanic who is closer to where I stay. Very pleased with this repair center.

Customer service is not good, I asked them for a simple quote and they would not answer it (see picture), then they claim that my review is fake.

I always bring my Volkswagens to Roman and his team. Repairs, oil changes, estimates. Finding a reputable and honest mechanic is golden. Roman is always friendly, courteous and educational - prints a photo of what's happening! Love it!
