they have the worst auto service mechanic that lease ever seen in this country. last time lease l go for an oil change, they did that and they over fill my car. and they also tells me my car needs a brake job in no time. after that my car engine burning the oil like crazy. I go to a different garage they said they took out 2 extra liter engine oil from my car. and my brakes were totally fine. the owner is cheap ass, and the mechanic is full of crape as well. if you have a nice ride, do ever open your hood to these guys.

For what they have done was very unprofessional and a nightmare. I got safety check certificate from them they said everything for my car is totally ok. They didn’t even checking everything out. After, I bring my car to dealership doing the PDI where they got so many issues including brake shaking and engine oil leaking also belt and light bulb replacement. But the guy from this shop didn’t even mention to me about these. Also there is a weird sound from chassis,they checked it without anything find and charged me for nothing!

Very very unprofessional. My car is totally finished after I changed oil there in April 2017. Oil was not added to the right level, and even two screws were forgot to put back! The engine was totally damaged after running on low gearbox oil. Engine died after driving for 10meters the day befor yesterday! Can't imagine if I was on the high way! Don't ever go there!

I went for tire exchange and the car was returned with issues - some irregular noises and abnormal vibrations on the wheels and the brake. I drove back right away asking if they can check up, I didn't even ask them to fix it right away. It was between 2pm to 2:30pm from picking up to dropping there again. At 4:30pm I got a phone call telling me I gotta go back home without the car, because they didn't get a chance to look at it. I asked them can they please just check what was it. I knew it won't be a big issue just some minor stuff from exchanging not a collision. There wasn't any notice that I had to go back home without the car from a tire exchange. Then I was told by the receptionist that he couldn't "DO ME A FAVOR". I had explained that it would take me 2hrs on the way home and another 2 hrs tomorrow morning to work by buses, or 40 dollars on Uber in total, can you please just check what was it. Then he started telling me "YOU ARE IN CANADA NOT IN CHINA". The only reason that he started saying this was just because I am a Chinese and was speaking Chinese to him. He was definitely being a RACIST. I didn't even complain that you returned the car with issues but you are complaining that I shouldn't ask for a check up. It was my respect to speak Chinese to you but you don't deserve it. I came Canada while I was young, I didn't even know or care what's the difference. I only care about the issue with my car. ALL I WAS ASKING FOR WAS JUST A CHECK UP. He also said "GO TO TALK WITH THE MECHANIC SEE IF HE WANTS TO DO YOU A FAVOR." I wasn't asking you to do me a personal favor, you returned the car with issues and you are complaining I shouldn't ask you to check back. He said he cannot personally do anything since it was another mechanic taking care of my tires not even the one who is busy right now blah blah, all excuses not to check it. A work request eventually turned into a personal fight, fighting over the cultural difference, which was totally irrelevant. And the receptionist complained that he cannot do me the personal favor, which I wasn't even asking any personal favor. It was the receptionist himself kept adding his personal emotions to the work, thinking that he is so Canadian but I'm so Chinese, telling me that their company is not working as how I think. Finally the mechanic came out at 6pm and fixed it within 5 min. Our fight lasted from 5pm to 6pm. During this 1 hour, I called Uber and cancelled, my co-worker offered me a ride to home even though she knew it would cost her 1 extra hour on the way. And my bf offered me rides too it will cost him 2 hours in total for round trips back and forth. Your receptionist should learn what is personal favor and what is work.
