A 1 Mississauga Auto Collision

I brought my vehicle to A1 in Autumn 2014 as it had a significant amount of rust in the rear left wheel well. I asked if they could take care of the rust without replacing the panel, and they advised that they'd do their best but could not guarantee it wouldn't return within a year or so. That was over 2 years ago, and I still don't see any visible signs of rust (e.g., paint bubbling) in the area they fixed. Note that I have had the car rust proofed every year since they addressed the issue. The work they did was excellent. They ground off as much of the rusted metal as they could, sprayed the inside of the wheel well with a protective coating, and repainted the entire panel. At the end of the job, the panel looked very good and the colour blended perfectly with the rest of the vehicle. One thing to note, however, is that I did have to return a second time after they initially performed the work. They did not entirely grind/spray the inside of the wheel well, and I had to show them pictures I took of the inside to demonstrate the work was not complete and there was still plenty of visible rust. At first they indicated there was not much they could do about this, but when I pressed them to deliver the job as requested they made good on our agreement and satisfactorily completed the inside. As with any garage or auto body shop, ensure you are very clear on the work you want completed and what they are charging you for and all will be fine.

Unfortunately i was in a collision, and was searching for a shop i could trust to do the repairs, the one's suggested by my insurance were far from satisfactory. Looking online i found out that A1 might be the kind of place i was looking for. I called in and spoke to Jose, he was friendly and reassured me that he would make sure my car was looked after and i would get it back in good shape. When i returned a week later my car looked newer than when i bought it and the drive is excellent, haven't had any problems since. If you want quality work done to your car for a fair price make sure to check out A1. Their work is the very best!

I only take my cars to A1 Mississauga Auto Collision. As a woman it's intimidating to go to shops because they normally try to get you to fix everything , but at this shop , they are so honest and the job is always done right. This is the best shop and I recommend it to everyone !
