West Towne Pub

I absolutely love West Towne pub and always have. But, my fiancee and I went in for dinner the other night and our server (Kyle?) was not very good. We waited a while to get out food because 2 tables away he was talking to his friend and her family (and he was not their server) and by the time we got our food it was lukewarm. :/ We had to ask a different server for more water and napkins because he never came back. We also sat with dirty plates cramping our style for the entirety of our meal. I love love love West Towne but that was quite the unfavorable experience.

We had a similar experience as some others. We were seated and flagged down a wait staff after 12 minutes of being ignored. We ordered 2 apps. 1 of the apps was not what we ordered, but we were not able to tell anyone until our food came because no one checked on us. The two-handed burger was a regular sized bun. The lettuce on the salad was not very fresh. We were never asked how anything was between necessary interaction with the wait staff. We were disappointed with just about everything tonight. We will not be back for a very long time....if ever.

The wait staff was very nice and I wish I remembered our waitresses name but she was amazing. The food was also fantastic!

Not a good experience (again.) Took 50 minutes to get our food, asked for a status update a couple of times, but no apologies or answers. When the food arrived it was over cooked and cold! I've never had a cold tenderloin or french fries before, but I wouldn't recommend it! Ick! This place used to be great, but I hear these same complaints over and over the past year.

I will never go to this place again, Horrible service! Twice in less than two weeks I have gone with my co-workers for drinks and food and have walked out. Both times it was not busy inside and plenty of open tables. We get seated, look at the menu and sit there for over 10 minutes and not a single server comes by. Both times multiple servers passed our table and NO ONE stopped to say "I'll will be right with you" or even get out drink orders. There were even servers sitting around talking and again not a single one served us, and this was 6pm on a Friday. This is what I call Horrible Customer Service.
