Ordered food and most of the items were not available! When I picked something different in the drive through they took about 15 minutes, because the food wasn’t ready. Bad service and drive through takes forever.

If i was only considering the food itself, I would give 4 or 5 stars, but they are terrible with their hours of operation. I often arrive just before they open at 10 just to find that they won't start serving until around 10:10. By that point, I have to leave to work and don't even have time to eat.

The ISU campus Panda express consistently closes early. The website says open until 8. I found out they are really only open until 3. But don't show up at 2:15 because they pack all of their stuff up an hour early. No food was left when I got there. If you are open, you should be capable of serving the entire menu. Not just want is left over

Every time I go to this panda express, they always mess up my order or don't have any food, I'm a little disappointed. Customer service is good though
