Freaky fast only means a one hour wait. Not worth the wait!

PROS:
Every time I've visited in person, the wait has been fairly short.

CONS:
Ordered sandwich online, called 25 minutes later to check on status and was told about 1-1.5 hours delivery time. Unacceptable for "freaky fast" delivery. They cancelled my order thinking that's what I wanted and told me to go reorder on the website.

I live a block away and every time I order delivery it takes over 20 minutes. Freaky Fast? I think not..
