We just had West Sound Plumbing service come out to repair a leaky toilet. We hit the jackpot with Tom, one of their fantastic plumbers. He was prompt, actually arrived early, did the job quickly and competently, was knowledgeable and personable, explained every step clearly and answered our questions with patience. We were delighted with the office staff, too; very friendly and efficient on the phone. We couldn't be happier!

Excellent service! We had a leak in our bath tub, I was contacted quickly to schedule an appointment which they were available the next day thank goodness. Joshua came out right on time and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes. He had a replacement piece with him and showed/explained the problem and what to look for in case further maintenance is needed down the road. The leak is completely fixed and we are very satisfied with the service provided by Joshua and West Sound Plumbing! Highly recommend!
