We called on a Monday night when we noticed our sewer was backing up. The Plumber was quick to show up and see if he could clear it. Unfortunately you can't clear a collapsed sewer line. The next day it was located and everything was put in motion. Wednesday the Hole was dug and the extent of the problem found out. By Thursday new line was laid, extra cleanouts installed and the entire hole filled back in. One plumber, Steven went above and beyond to ensure the yard was left in a better condition than it was before. He leveled it and made sure that where the excavator had been was all cleaned up setting us up to reseed our lawn. Any issues that occurred during the work were quickly resolved to satisfaction. All involved take pride and ownership in their work and they would be the first ones we would call if we had another issue. (Hopefully not soon though)

I had a plumbing emergency and Collins was amazing. The dispatcher who responded to my call was so kind and put my fears at ease and went above and beyond to help me out.The plumber they sent was knowledgeable and polite. They exceeded my expectations and were very fast considering the circumstances. I would definitely  reccomend them !

Parents house had a leaking 2 hot cold fittings in a tight work area.  

Called up within 24hrs had a plumber over reworking fittings that was not installed correctly by an out of area repairman.  

Fair price for the work done, plumber knowledgeable and friendly.   

I appreciate the work.

I am so pleased with this company. They did an emergency repair on an outside water bib in June. Then in September we developed a leaking water valve under our kitchen sink. They had to make three trips because each problem hid another. They did everything I would have done, but they did it right! By now I would have probably had the external wall opened up and be changing the valve, which would not have fixed the problem. They show up on time! They are courteous! They are professional! I couldn't ask for better service!

With the holidays around the corner, I’m pleased that Collins plumbing was able to squeeze me in this morning and the efforts made by the guys that came
 thank you so much I have a sink now. I very much appreciate it and will definitely contact with any future issues that come along this year !!! Happy holidays and a new year to the Collins plumbing company !!!

I had Collins come out last night they were the only ones that answered the phone. Kim answered the phone at 8pm and Andre was here within 45 minutes, he knew within a few minutes what the problem and did a tempory fix and came back this morning to permanently fix the problem. These guys are genuine and he not only fixed the problem but took time to explain what the problem was and how he fixed it. Thanks so much!
