David came out and fixed my bathroom shower, which was leaking down into my downstairs bathroom. It was leaking from a loose cpvc pipe connected to the shower valve. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and had the patience to get it fixed. Thanks again!

Had a similar experience this morning on the Sedgwick overpass in Port Orchard that Ashley had regarding the driver of this company's service van. They need to temper their road rage, its just not good advertisement or positive representation of this company. Based on my experience this morning I would not recommend or even think of calling this company.

The plumber was quick and clearly an expert. Spent 20 minutes as I had the correct supplies. BTW Home Depot plumber helped get the correct plumbing parts Lowes sold me the WRONG parts. Since I paid for the hour, Silverdale plumber then assisted at explaining my old hot water heater should be replaced soon and listed the correct parts I would need to get it to code. Sure enough the Hot water heater died a week later. I should have listened to him at the time. I would use again in the future.

I was driving home on 3 on Friday when the driver of the utility van cut me off with no turn signal, then proceeded to go ten under in the passing lane. He drove aggressively so I couldn't pass him, then when there was a break in traffic, he proceeded to drive on top of the white lines so he was in both lanes. When I finally got by, he flipped me off. If you're going to drive a van with a company's name and logo all over it, you might want to reconsider your hand gestures. Jerk.

I called Silverdale Plumbing & Heating this morning and talked to Laura and can't believe how poorly she treated me on this phone. I definitely wont be using Silverdale Plumbing & Heating!
