These guys have done work for us at all of our small businesses. They are friendly and are often the ones that can come soonest, but they are also the most expensive plumbers we have ever used, and they often can’t complete work in one trip. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 4 or 5, is that we recently had a 3 compartment sink that had a gasket come loose on our sprayer. Their plumber showed up and told me that the faucet was at the end of its life, that parts weren’t available for it any more, and that I would need to replace the entire faucet. What he didn’t know was that we had just had the entire faucet replaced last year by a different plumber. It was practically brand new. I called the other plumber who had a backlog which was why we were using Robison, and explained what they said. He laughed and then squeezed us in the next day. He replaced the gasket in about 5 minutes for no charge. He also showed me online that our sink - and all parts - is still available as a new sink and not obsolete. Thank goodness I was the one that had coordinated replacing the sink the prior year or we may have been out $1,200! Again, these guys are always friendly and they do serve a purpose in a pinch, but use them when you don’t have any other option, but request quotes and get competing bids.

I was in desperate need for a emergency plumbing issue. I was already upset because my home warranty company was supposed to send a plumber out and they didn’t! This was a Tuesday and I was told a plumber couldn’t get to my house until Friday. My toilets wouldn’t flush they were backing up and my shower wasn’t draining. So I called Robison from a friends recommendation. The receptionist that I talked to said she couldn’t get someone out until the following morning and I explained the urgency of my call. She was so nice and asked me to hold so she could see if she could get someone out that day. When she got back on the phone she said she had a technician that would come out as soon as he could, I was so grateful for her kindness and not blowing me off. The Plumber Ray Clark came out and worked on trying to snake it from my septic tank through my pipes to unclog the pipe but he couldn’t get through. It was already getting dark and it was cold. He then went under my house and discovered that the pipes were different sizes, so the cutter on the snake was bigger then some of the pipes that’s why he couldn’t get it through. So he couldn’t do anything until the next morning. During this whole process we had to keep calling the home warranty to get there approval to pay. So Ray, the owner of company and I spent endless hours on the phone. I cannot tell you how grateful I was that they went above and beyond to help me with this. I just bought the house the year before and had a home inspection and the home inspector missed this. I was beyond frustrated but Ray worked hard and spent a lot of time under my house fixing all the pipes that were leaking, clogged up, installed incorrectly. I am happy that I went with a company that cares about there customers. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you for everything you did, all the calls I made to the office and even talking to the owner he was so nice when I was so frazzled and stressed over this. I am beyond thankful for Ray and all the hard work he put in on this job. Now I have peace of mind that it was installed correctly and know who I will be calling in the future. Called to get a broken water main fixed and had two plumbers here within the hour. Did an absolute amazing job, very clean and professional looking and acting and VERY affordable…. SO impressed

Have used them multiple times for our church. Some pretty major jobs all the way down to fixing some toilets. All their guys are very polite and knowledgeable. Their prices are also very fair for the high quality of work they provide. I've never felt like they are scamming us into more than we need, they have found some simple fixes to otherwise extremely expensive replacements on multiple occasions. If you need a plumber, they should be your first call.

We needed our main line to be replaced because our home is old and had galvanized pipes. Our water volume was so bad we could barely take a shower. Robison gave us the lowest quote so we went with them. I am so happy we went with Robison to replace our main line. Travis was very friendly and communicative about each step. I really appreciate how kind he was and felt like he really cared about me as a person. I have noticed that sometimes, being a woman, I don’t get treated well from tradesmen. Travis spoke to me like I normal person and was very courteous. There was an issue with being double billed an extra 5k, which my husband had to call twice to get resolved, but overall we are very happy. If the woman in the office was friendly even a little bit and didn’t double charge us 5k, I would have given them five stars. We will definitely do business again in the future.

I was charged $191.83 to replace one O-ring on my bath room tub cold water handle.
