Jim & Chris communicated very well when they had an emergency call that they needed to handle first, my job was not urgent and I was flexible.  They let me know when they were arriving.  They went above and beyond in installing my water softener by pass, marked the direction of the water flow and showed me how to activate the bypass.   Jim has been maintaining my plumbing for several years.  Herdman Plumbing has very responsive and reasonably priced.  I highly recommend them!

Herdman Plumbing did a superb job in replacing our water heater and the innards of two toilets. Their staff was competent, efficient, and friendly. They came on time and completed the work to our complete satisfaction. Jim led a great team and answered all my questions. Jim and Chris came for what should have been a simple repair of a line for a new fridge and ice maker but due to the age of the plumping fixtures themselves and construction from the 70’s they ended up with a bigger job.  They worked diligently and we ended up with a much more functional situation and a way to turn off the water if there is a problem in the future.  They also vacuumed and moved our new fridge from the center of the kitchen into its spot!Service:&nbsp;Plumbing pipe repair

Chris and Mike saved the day! I had a leaking toilet in my basement and a hole from water in the ceiling. They were able to quickly determine what was wrong and explained exactly what they were going to do to fix it. Chris made sure to update me for any unexpected changes and the price to address it. I really appreciated their transparency and professionalism. Thank you both. I will definitely call Herdman Plumbing again!
