Four stars for the plumbers their professionalism, on time and thoughtful work.  One star for "the owner" who financially penalizes her plumbers for tiny errors in work and does NOT live up to her warranty.  She (Patti) is out for money not her clients.

Wow! I guess times have changed.  Kimco Plumbing is GREAT!! They've done everything for us from our kitchen remodel, to installing a water pressure booster and hot water tank, to emergency repairs - and they've always been timely and spot on their estimates! Bill is great - as are the rest of his employees - and the ladies at the front desk have always been friendly and polite!!!  Maybe that's because I'm friendly and polite to them - I'm just saying!!

Guy new what he was doing but didn't have the correct piping that he need,,, so, he went to Lowe's and got it,,,, while he was on the clock$$$

They do not honor their work.  The ladies that you deal with on the phone are horrible.  Rude and not willing to listen, I will let the BBB know about the workmanship of the work that I received.
