When looking for my first vehicle from a dealership I didn’t really know what to look for. Thankfully I was in phenomenal hands when dealing with Ozzy, he provided me with a lot of Information I wasn’t previously aware of. This changed my opinion on what I was even looking for. Ozzy was able to look around and find some other vehicles that he thought would suit my needs better rather than what I originally was wanting within my price range. Ozzy was was very polite and personable. a lot of car salesmen get a bad rap but Ozzy really does deserve a great review, as well as the dealership. I decided to take a month or two from my purchase just to see how everything turned out but I truly believe that this dealership has your best interests in mind compared To some of the other dealerships in Edmonton and the surrounding areas. west Edmonton Hyundai and even more so Ozzy earn a 10/5 I would not only shop there again but also suggest others to purchase from this dealership.

Just bought our new 2025 Hyundai Tucson and Arun Antony helped us along the way! He’s the best sales guy for your next car purchase too! Arun and his manager, Jay, went above and beyond to assist us with all the questions/concerns we had before finalizing the purchase. Cecilia, the finance manager was also very helpful with finalizing paperwork and helped me setup the car registration. I was looking for Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid and I decided to buy it from West Edmonton Hyundai. Since I was from out of town, I started my initial discussion with JAY over the phone and drive down to Edmonton for final selection. JAY was very carrying and helped me choose the right vehicle and trim based on my needs. The color I selected was not on lot so I was little nervous, but Jay said, don’t worry, you will love this vehicle and color once you see it. And when I went to dealership to pick up my vehicle, I was super happy after seeing my car. During the process, I was also introduced to ARUN in buying process. Jay and Arun both were very helpful and gave me the best price in town. Elizabeth from Finance gave me lots of good details around maintenance, vehicle appearance and warranty package information. She also helped me select right options with the best price based on my needs to keep cost down. Vehicle delivery process was very smooth, and Jay and Arun went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready when I arrived for pick-up. Team West Edmonton Hyundai Jay, Arun and Elizabeth were respectful, friendly and very professional.nnWe are very happy with the purchase of Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid from West Edmonton Hyundai dealership.
