I had an amazing experience buying a car at Lexus of Edmonton with excellent customer service from Ian as well as Sadie from finance. They were both very helpful and accommodating. The entire process was smooth, and I felt well taken care of throughout. Ian went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect car. I had an amazing experience buying my brandnew UX 300h @ Lexus of Edmonton. I had outstanding customer service from Sam as well as Bailey from finance. Sam was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He offered me options I didn’t even know I had.nBailey from finance was very helpful and thorough. Sam was the person who helped me, his customer service was superb and helped me out fast with getting a trade in offer and setting me into a new car. My partner and I got our first luxury car in Lexus Edmonton. Tommy, our sales rep, is very very nice and helpful. He gave us options that fits our needs and budget. Bo Ge, our finance manager, was very helpful and insightful as we are young professionals and getting our first luxury vehicle is a milestone. Explained everything that came along with this purchase and we actually got a pretty good deal.nnWould like to express my gratitude to both of them and also to Ian and Levi for the extra gifts nnI highly recommend you talking to Tommy and Bo Ge! The duo are one of the best we had in terms of customer service.
I have been needing a new vehicle since my Mom wrote off my Acura TSX a few years back. Since I work up north, I've put it off. Vehicles are super expensive the last few years, and given their prices, one doesn't want to spend a bunch of money and have issues. So Lexus/Toyota was really the only choice for me. Honda/Acura have nothing in their current lineup I like, and Nissan/infiniti have a terrible lineup.nLexus has some beautiful vehicles and the Toyota reliability is what I'm getting behind here.nI had visited the south dealership but they closed as I arrived so the next day me and my mom went to the west end location to look at their line up as she was in Edmonton too.nI was leaning towards getting a IS as I don't really like SUVs. However my mother was really pushing the virtues of the SUVs on the floor. I'm six foot 3 and I guess I look silly getting out of a small car as she puts it.nThe RX 350 looked good and was around that price point I wanted to spend.nAfter deciding on the RX350 we began looking for an available sales person.nAhmed A. came and spoke with us and was really incredible. He showed all the packages and options available on the RX350 along with color combinations.nWhile im a fan of black exterior and black interior the black on the RX350 didn't pop for me. My mom really liked the white and a olive? Green but if it wasn't going to be black on black their blue with red roja interior looked great on the showroom floor.nNever been big on blue vehicles but it does look really good.nAt first I was just going to go with a f1, but in the end decided to go with a 2024 rx350 F3.nDuring the purchase Ahmed A. as I said was fantastic, really great customer service and sales skills.nAlso of Note Ethan Jackson also helped and was really great to deal with. Sadie from finance was also really pleasant and helpful.nI wanted to just pay cash for the vehicle and it was easier to just take out a good amount in cash than bother with bank drafts so the dealership was really good with working around this.nIf you need a new luxury vehicle the rx 350 f3 is a really great vehicle, and I recommend you talk to Ahmed A.
