We recently bought our first car from go honda and we met Sanket Brahmbhatt whose sales skills made buying our car easy. He knew his stuff and helped us through the process smoothly. We’ll definitely recommend him to others for a hassle-free car-buying experience.
They hve a really great team. I trade my Pathfinder to Audi and they help me to get approved on a very affordable payment and very reasonable interest rate. Thanks to Marianne, Betty and Papa ofcourse.. thanks
I cannot believe that this dealership is AMA certified.nnSo I had my car in the collision centre for about 2.5 weeks when I was originally told 5 days. I understood that they needed to request for parts and it would extend the time that my car would be getting worked on however the communication both within the dealership and directly to me was god awful. I did add a new set of tires on top of my car being serviced in the collision centre which for some reason added in further confusion for what seems to be everyone at the dealership. throughout my appointment I wasn’t updated unless I asked them to give an update but the last week leading up to my car being finished was the worst. I was told on the September 9th that my car would be ready the following Friday on the 13th and I even double checked with my representative on the 14th and she said that it would be prepared for pick up. On the day that I was supposed to get my car from the dealership they did not contact me whatsoever. I followed up on Saturday the 14th and there was NO ONE to talk to about my cars status and on top of that the receptionist was both extremely unhelpful and rude she didn’t even know that the collision centre was closed and all managers weren’t in as she transferred me 3 different times before I got on the phone with Carl from servicing and he gave me an update about the new set of tires however he could not provide more information about the rest of the car as it was the “collision” departments job. No one had any meaningful information about my car when I called so I had to wait for the following Monday when I finally was able to speak with the collision centre and they delayed the completion date on my car for another 2 days because they couldn’t get a code to clear. There are a ton of other things that I would like to mention but the main point is that I understand that you guys have a hard job and you guys have separate departments but it should not be my issue as the customer that you guys don’t, and from my point of view it seems like you guys refuse, to speak between departments and it is an extreme inconvenience for those you guys are servicing. Also I understand that the managerial staff work Monday to Friday but you NEED to have someone that can answer questions during the weekends because it’s absolutely unacceptable for your receptionists to say that there is NO ONE who could provide additional information.nnI will be following this review with a complaint to AMA directly as my experience with this dealership was so painfully terrible.
satisfied with my experience buying a car for my family. I am very grateful to Oleksiy for his efforts and professionalism to ensure that the client was satisfied.
Went there for 2 things: airbag is off and there’s a dangling piece of plastic on the right rear bottom side of the car. After almost 3hrs of service, I needed to book hotel stay across.nThey bought parts from Calgary they said. And replaced my SRS. Still the airbag dashboard signal is off. They said they need another day for it to be repaired.nI drove 9hr up north. After filling for gas, car won’t start. I am still an hour drive to my place. Phoned AMA and they said I need to spend evening somewhere safe needing me to book hotel stay that same evening. Perfect timing!nThe following day, the car was towed. They replaced my car battery. After few days, I saw the same dangling plastic on the right rear bottom side of the car. I phoned the manager asking for discount. Nothing, no return call. I texted the service manager and of course they were defending their worker. My car was Honda and I went to Go Honda. They should know better!nI live on people’s trust. I don’t know if I’ll go back and trust them again. What? 9hr drive and be stranded again and wait for towing team again???
