I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Northgate. I was actually at their competitors, playing the typical dealership games of back and forth, when I messaged Northgate about what trucks they had in stock. I was very fortunate that Nikolai responded. He was excellent, and gave me an amazing deal that I couldn't resist. Needless to say the other dealership was shocked when I left mid deal to go to Northgate. Everyone at Northgate was great, Shellian and Tom in finance were also spectacular to deal with. I was spinning my wheels and wasted a ton of time at the competitors, and it only took 15 minutes with Nikolai, and I saved thousands and got a better truck. I would definitely buy here again.

Was looking online for a new truck, found one at Northgate gm, Nikolai contacted me and made a sale. He was very good and found exactly what we wanted for a great price. From the start to end he was great to deal with. Sandra in finance had everything ready for when we arrived. Would highly recommend Northgate for anyone looking for a vehicle
Persistence will be the point of this review. I just bought a truck from this dealership. The first time, the person who picked up the phone was rude, and within a few minutes, we closed the call. The truck was good, and I decided to call again. The sales representative who picked it up was Tyler Held, a really good salesperson. Within a few days, I had a walkaround video of the truck, carfax, pictures, and documentation. I have to say communication is the key. This review is subject to change after I get my vehicle in for service.nThe sales and finance side of things was awesome. My salesman was Alan Walker. I'm glad I was referred to Alan from a friend as it was probably one of the best sales experiences I have had so far. Being in the auto industry myself and him knowing didn't stop him from still explaining things and a zero pressure tactic. That is my kind of sales. I'm going to butcher spelling her name in finance but it was something like Shellian . She was also very accommodating and straight forward. Thank you for the sales experience.nnI will update the review at a later date on the service side of things and truck after some time of ownership.
