This is definitely the place to go for service. I did not buy my vehicle from them, nor had I ever had it serviced there. I got a nail in my tire that made it unrepairable. It was towed to Northgate GMC, where I ran into the shop foreman Trevor, in the parking lot and he kindly directed me to Lee Kindret, one of the service advisors inside. Not only was Lee polite to deal with, but he also gave me the rundown of what to expect and kept me up to date to on the status of my repairs as they had to order tires for my specific vehicle. The turn around time was incredible for me, especially considering I was a first time customer there.nI guarantee I will be taking my car there for every service from this point on. The price for everything was actually cheaper than the dealer I bought it from.nThank you to Lee, Trevor and the rest of the Northgate team.

I’m never one to bad mouth a business, but this had to be said. I recently sourced a perfect truck, at Northgate, out for my work needs after looking at about 10-20 other trucks. I won’t mention any names in this. I put down a ‘deposit’ until we could work out a deal. My financing fell through and I was about to pay in full with cash. Found out 2 days later they sold the truck to someone else, from underneath me, even though I had a ‘deposit’ on the truck. I don’t conduct business like this and yet I didn’t expect a well known dealership to screw me out of this deal. I made several attempts with proof to talk to someone in charge - a manager or anyone, and received NO CALL or ANSWER in return. I do not recommend dealing with shady businesses like this. Buyer beware!!nnAnd just for the record I know they’re going to say, comment, or post saying they reached out to me and no they didn’t!
I was looking for a nice reliable used vehicle and had a bad experience at another dealership. When my wife and I decided to shop at Northgate GM instead, Leon was ready to help. He showed us options that fit what I was looking for and didn't pressure me into going beyond my price range. He treated my family and I very well and found a good vehicle at a good price. I highly recommend going to see him if you're in the market.nnUpdate December 10, 2025 2 months later: I stand by what I said about the salesman, but I retract my statement about the car. The AWD just failed, and I took it to a Nissan dealer because the service department at Northgate GM has not returned my call. They found metal in the differential and have quoted me over $5000 to repair it. Lesson learned. If you're buying a used car with no remaining warranty, get it inspected privately. Merry Christmas.
