My experience with Edmonton BMW has been amazing! I have been with BMW since 2014 and specifically with Edmonton BMW since 2016. I recently traded in my 4-series coupe for an X7 to better accommodate my growing family. I have had the pleasure of working with Richard Neeves and Geoff Quick in sales and Briana Miller in finance on all of my vehicles. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and personable. They make my family and I feel genuinely cared for. I feel like I'm a part of the BMW family and will absolutely be a lifer! I highly recommend working with this powerhouse team. This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a luxury car. Chris was absolutely phenomenal. He listened to everything I wanted in regards to my purchase, and was able to find the vehicle of my dreams within a day. I never once felt pressured or not valued during this entire experience. Moreover, Tin in finance was also incredible. These two gentlemen really made this entire process the best yet.
