I bought my new 2026 X5 last week…This is my 3rd BMW I bought from them and this dealership is the best in both Sales and Service.nThis time I was helped by Moe Salam and manager Fred. No push tactics just honest facts… both were really great to add to my Beam dream experience.nMoe is most knowledgeable BMW genius I ever met… knows everything in and out… from selection to delivery he never failed to answer any tech nerd questions I have…nFred on other-hand brought me the sweet deal to table saving negotiation time for both of us..!!!nThey went far and beyond comparing different stocks to meet my need.. their honest dealings are the reason I like to go to this dealership only in Edmonton.nIn 2022 I bought fully loaded X5 but overlooked the type of tires it had… later realizing that they were summer only and staggered… I requested them to change it… 3 days even after delivery… Richard the manager at that time made an exception to swap them out… this was impressive customer service and going an extra mile for me … which always brings me back to them..

Had an amazing experience at Edmonton BMW. After having your typical old school back and forth experience at a BMW dealer in Calgary, I was recommended to search for a better approach and a better way to do business and Edmonton BMW was THE place. Never dealt with a salesman like Chris Brown, that not only gave you a no pressure approach, but since the very beginning showed a legitimate intention to structure a deal in a way that made sense, for the car I truly wanted, while helping you save from senseless fees. He also never included those optional fees that this other dealer was trying to get me to take, expecting me to not notice. He worked hard to meet my demands I am very picky, and would always respond within minutes. Tin Nguyen from finance also made the process very easy. This has not only the most expensive purchase I've made, it was also the easiest one and the one I've felt the most satisfied for. Do not shy away from asking Chris questions or to make your deal better, if it's within his possibilities, he will deliver.nThank you Edmonton BMW for such a fantastic experience. The drive from Calgary was 100% worth it!
