I purchased a Toyota Rav4 XLE, recently from toyota on the trail. I have been already thought about what I want so it was easy for me with the decision. Jackson, amazing young man, welcomed me although I didnt have an appointment and searched the inventory since I was looking for either black or gray and went over the detail of the car specification with me. He was polite and social with great attitude toward customer and helpful 10/10 for him, definitely look for him in this branch. I explained my budget and … so he followed it up with his manager John. John was ok but not as good as Jackson, he was type of it is what it is from the beginning, went back and even made mistakes on the payment calculation. So my advice, when you hear the offer from finance manager, know how to recalculate it yourself. It was hard to communicate with him but he was ok I guess 7/10 is fair for him. Benny helped me with finalizing the downpayment and explaining the warranty and everything I have on delivery date the only point he missed was asking me for water/coffee, however, he went out to bring some more deals on extra protection after 15 minutes he came with the deals and no water not even the tap water, which was ok with me but not a correct way of customer service. I was expecting the water first and then he could have gone for searching for some more deals. He gave me a loan car since my car was not ready due to extra coating and … which was helpful I guess 9/10 for him. Again during all the three days that I visited this branch, Jackson was my favorite person, helpful, kind, easy to communicate and caring.
*** update*** Kim the service manager reached out and is currently fixing the issue. She has been great to deal with and is making an effort to repair my relationship with this dealership. I am dropping the 4Runner off today for it to be fixed properly. I will make another update when I get my 4Runner. ***nBought a brand new 2023 Toyota 4runner Trd sport In December 2023. The dealership damaged the back of my vehicle when they put in the tires that they had taken off when they put on my winter tires. I pointed out damage immediately, and was promised that they would fix the damage. Fast-forward to end of February and they finally get me into fix it and I don’t get Until yesterday, March 18, 2024. Only defined that the paint in the back is way worse condition than when I had given it to them with the minimal scratch that they had created. When I brought the damaged paint to their attention Managers tell me that sometimes vehicles have defects from the manufacturer and that I’m just gonna have This is the same situation. I refused and said that they should give it to me in the same When I originally purchased the vehicle. I was told by the general sales manager Molly McDonald that if I wanted anything more, they would give me a paint pen but that would be back ordered at least two weeks. This is totally unacceptable. These guys are really good Service until they take your money after I bought my $70,000 SUV. I’m really disappointed with the service after I don’t have to make any payments to them. Buyer beware I recommend a different dealership to purchase your vehicle from because I guarantee you they’ll treat you a lot better after you make your purchase.
No issue's, great to deal with. Truck is absolutely amazing. Was hoping for some playoff tickets for the most electrifying team in sports entertainment, the Edmonton Oilers but not this time.Thanks to Gaurav Chadha in sales and Sandra Bahjat in finance.great job !!
