Worst experience every time I come! The Asian lady who sits at the counter is very rude and pathetic! Was late for my appointment 10min and she started blaming me that I m late I have to wait and see only if someone cancel she can take me in when the whole lab was empty! I am never coming here!! She is so rude and in friendly! Have waited 2months to get ultra sound appointment and this is how she treats!! Please educate her and explain how painful and stressful it is to get an appointment!
I had a very disappointing experience at West Coast Imaging during my 5-month appointment. I arrived on time, checking in at 2:06 PM for my 2:10 PM appointment, but after waiting 10 minutes in the reception area, I was finally called in by the ultrasound technician, who was incredibly rude.nnInstead of greeting me professionally, she complained that I should have arrived 15 minutes earlier. After about 20 minutes of scanning, she criticized my bladder for being too full and asked me to empty it and come back. Then she went on to say, “Your baby is behaving so bad,” and that my uterus was hard to scan. It felt like a never-ending cycle of complaints.nnThe scanning process lasted nearly an hour, and she was so vigorous that it caused excruciating pain in my stomach. When I expressed my discomfort, her response was shocking: “Don’t complain to me, complain to your baby.” I can't believe another woman could be so insensitive towards a pregnant woman’s experience.nnTo top it all off, after the scan, she informed me that I needed to rebook because the ultrasound didn’t go well. When I checked with reception, I found out there were no available appointments until next month, and only in Vancouver. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I left feeling disrespected and in pain.nnI hope West Coast Imaging takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff so that future patients don’t have to endure such a negative experience.
Worst experience.i will never recommend to anyone to go there. As a first time parents every parents is very excited to see the baby after waiting 2 month but they only show you feet and face not even saying anything about the condition of the baby and not allowing your partner to be there. And lastly they didn’t give any print of your baby. That lady who did my ultrasound said it will only take 10 to 15mins but she finished within a minutes after waiting so long time.noting more to say but at least be gentle and patience.
The new booking system is incredibly frustrating. It highlights the sluggishness of our healthcare system and significantly delays the diagnostic exams we desperately need. Not everyone can navigate the online booking process, and what’s truly disappointing is that you’re just booking someone to call you to book your appointment and if you miss their call, you’re out of luck; they won’t call you back. Why can’t we return to a more straightforward approach, where someone simply picks up the phone to book the appointment for you?
I was nervous to go in because of the amount of negative reviews the clinic has but my husband and I had a great experience. They booked me an appointment a few weeks from the day I requested one. When we went in, the receptionist was normal. We arrived 30mins early and we were brought in after only waiting a few minutes. The lady who did my ultrasound was very kind and patient, she was willing to answer any questions we had and printed 2 pictures for us. We were in and out in 15 minutes tops. There may be some staff members who aren’t as nice according to other reviews but not everyone there is bad.
