Subpar customer service when entering the clinic. Receptionists aren’t overly welcoming nor observant. The past couple of times the chiro was late seeing me and had no reference of time or acknowledgement. I understand appointments run over… but mentioning “sorry for the wait!” can certainly go a long way. also last time I was waiting the receptionists were both loudly talking about their dating lives and how wild they were at a party - seemed a bit unprofessional for such a small setting. It’s a pass for me and the services as the chiro often got sidetracked when working on me to talk about his personal life / hobbies. I’m sure others are fine with them but this is my personal out for this centre.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Lorelei Zacharias for chiropractic services, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuinely warm and friendly welcome. It immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable.nnNot only was the service exceptional, but Dr. Lorelei Zacharias also provided me with a lot of reassurance throughout the process. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that I understood what was happening and why. I can’t wait for my next visit.
Roi is absolutely amazing!!! My cousin had recommended to see Roi, as I’ve been struggling with cronic pain for several years. I’ve had about 5 sessions so far, feeling a difference every time. He is very understanding, listens carefully and treats every problem area in my body. He makes sure I’m comfortable and goes above and beyond to make my experience very positive. Very thorough in asking questions, he listens and knows exactly what areas are affected and how to help relieve the pain and help with better mobility. I feel very relaxed & comfortable after every appointment, and his techniques are awesome. I've never had such a good experience in the past, very impressed with his knowledge and service. I highly recommend Roi Rollin’s services to everyone.
I’ve been coming here since 2018 and won’t go anywhere else - they are the best. I’ve worked with multiple providers for RMT, Physio, Dry needling and everyone has been lovely & helped with my ongoing recovery. I never want to tell more people about this place because they are already so busy which is a good sign but I’m usually able to get in on the cancellation list within a few days. Recommend Michael or Daniel for RMT for a deep tissue massage & Kayla for physio.nThe front receptionists are always friendly & helpful too
Everyone here is fantastic. I have been going here for over 2 years now and all the staff are exceptional, EXCEPT for Sam at the front desk. She has always been rude and hostile towards myself, my husband and a few other people we have talked to that go to the same clinic.
