This is a nice little gem of a school. The students and staff/instructors that I interacted with were all exceptionally kind. The massage that I had really helped eliminate the shoulder pain that I was experiencing and it was an overall great treatment. Thanks so much!
I had a great experience. It was my first appointment at this clinic, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I knew I had tension in my legs from long-distance running, but I wasn't sure how the session would help.nnDuring my appointment, Melanie showed me where the trigger points were in my legs and explained how the tension at those points can be minimized.nnAfter the session, I felt more relaxed, mobile, and knowledgeable about my current condition. I was also given a list of recommended actions to take e.g., stretches and exercises that would help continue to relieve the tension in my legs and prevent further injury in the future.nnOverall, I found the treatment by Melanie to be very professional and informative. I highly recommend booking an appointment at CDI.
