Dr peyvandi the most unethical and worst doctor I have ever met . This clinic will cancel your appointment and will not even call to inform you that it has been cancelled or reschedule.this doctor did not even call back for appointment , or always hours late no punctuality . Falsely document and charts that patient did not pick up phone .Taking advantage of the system and charging no show fees. She does not deserved to be a DOCTOR. No empathy , zero time management skills , worst management of clinic .Do not recommend this place .0/10
Terrible clinic. Unhelpful staff who are snotty and will hang up on you; they do not care and it shows. I've been a client here for about 5 years and I definitely need a new place. They only care about money and taking as much of it from you as they can manage. Do not bother with this place. There's a reason it has so many one star reviews. Waste of time and space.nnThe receptionist is extremely rude and dismissive.
Finally Dr Jay got nice receptionist Rupinder. She is really nice and most importantly return your call back in case she missed it. Very polite and calm over the phone
DR.JAY HARIBHAI IS NOT A SAFE DOCTOR FOR TRANS/LGBTQIA2s+ !!! I would prefer to give 0 stars and to warn every single person to never give this doctor the time of day. She was my family doctor from age 18-25 and the only positive thing she could do for me was fill a prescription. She is currently located at a clinic near Bear Creek Park in Surrey, B.C.
Dr Payvendi is very rude and doesn’t know how to speak at all. She doesn’t even listen to the patient’s problem and immediately says there is no problem, that you’re showing fake pain. She charged me $120 just to say that it’s fake pain. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone.
