Excellent customer serivice from the minute you walk in the door. Staff are all amazing, courteous and you feel welcome. Dr Helon is incredible, I will never go elsewhere. The staff could give etiquette lessons to corporations.
I came with my four children. As you can imagine this is always a big stresser for me. They were friendly and got us in quickly. The doctor was great at explaining everything about each of my kids eyes as well as mine. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Law was very patient, knowledgeable, thorough in checking my eyes and communicating well in details with me regarding my eyes issues. All the staff are also very friendly with excellent customer service.
5 star review is underrated, Dr Johal goes above and beyond . When no one else could diagnose our daughter’s Marcus Gunn Eye Winking Syndrome , she’s the one who found it and provides us with top notch excerises to prevent other issues from arising . She cares about everyone of her patients and is there to listen to your concerns and help you work through them ! Defiantly worth the drive from chilliwack . Thank you so much !!
